Prelude Oil & Gas Limited is a Limited Liability Company incorporated in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990.
The company is located along Plot 226 High Street, Off Ordinance Road, Trans Amadi Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The promoters of the company are all Nigerians, with Lablivic International Nigeria Limited as a partner company. Our intention is to set up an Oil Field Service Company in Port Harcourt and elsewhere, as the needs demand. In view of the diverse nature of the Oil and Gas Industry, the management has established policies to deal with the viability of the service from the operational and financial aspects. These services would be made available to the major Oil companies and rival Oil / Gas Service Companies, Government regulatory bodies, Financial Institutions, and interested third parties.
The bulk of the company’s expertise includes Nigerians with relevant and related Technical/Professional experience and exposure in the complex nature of the Oil and Gas Industry.
Staff and field personnel training has been constant and on-going both in Nigeria and Overseas on the latest and emerging technology in the industry. The company has set up an organizational structure and a formidable management team with Total Quality Management (TQM) delivery policy approach through a clear reporting process and operational structure for an efficient and effective Management of the Company.
